The 8th session of the Permanent Military Court was uneventful. The usual cramming of defendants in the court room, they will be summoned by groups, the military prosecutor would recite the indictment, the military judge will pose few questions, the attorney might, and more often might not, chose to plead for the defendant. The court will adjourn around 7 in the evening and few hours later the sentences will be out.

One thing, though, is worth mentioning. Zakaria Fadlallah Jum'a, a platoon commander of the SLA alluded to torture administered on him while in custody. Asked by his attorney whether he was mistreated . "Yes I was submitted to pressure in the pretrial period at the Oberly centre." The allegations of torture left no mark on the bench. The proceedings continued.

At 19:00 (L.T) the court session was adjourned. By 21:30 the following sentences were handed down.
